Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using any mobile application (the "App") or website (the "Site") operated by Bluenova Apps LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps and Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

1. Use of Our Services

1.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Bluenova Apps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, and to access and use the Site.

1.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or Site
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or labels on the App or Site
  • Use the App or Site in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our services
  • Use the App or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Use the App or Site to violate any applicable law or regulation

2. User Content

2.1 Content Ownership

Our App AI Clean Master may allow you to scan, analyze, and modify your photos and videos. You retain all ownership rights to your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to the content that you process through our App.

2.2 Content License

You grant us a limited license to access your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license does not grant us the right to sell your content or otherwise distribute it outside of our services.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, Site, and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Bluenova Apps LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLUENOVA APPS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUENOVA APPS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR SITE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bluenova Apps LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App or Site.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App or Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App and Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App or Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and Site will immediately cease.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluenova Apps LLC regarding your use of the App and Site, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, claims, representations, and understandings between you and Bluenova Apps LLC regarding your use of the App and Site.

12. Waiver

No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or power.
